Onefinity Rail Endcaps (digital files)
Full set of digital STL files to print end caps for all rail openings on a Onefinity CNC machine, to prevent dust buildup in the open ends of the X & Y rails. All end caps are designed to be friction fit, and removable.
Includes:
- Three models for the full-cap ends of the rails (Two logo, one blank)
- Two models for the stepper-cap on the rails that are just above the axis stepper motors
- Two models for the ball-cap - a flush-mount end cap for the ball-screw rails, one of which has a small hole in the center for removal; note: if printing the ball-cap without a hole, this piece will not be easily removable.
A full set will need five full-caps, three stepper-caps, and 2-3 ball-caps (if you have *not* mounted the touch screen per-instructions, you will need an one more ball-cap)
Print settings:
- Material: PLA (or PETG)
- Infill: 20%
- Bottom Pattern Initial Layer: Concentric (if your machine supports it)
